Every order is made especially for you with care before it is shipped.


Order Processing

All of our products are made to order.

Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order is shipped.

During busy periods, holidays, or product launches, production times may be slightly longer.


Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Finland: 3–7 business days
  • Europe: 5–10 business days
  • United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
  • United States & Canada: 5–12 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 7–15 business days
  • Rest of the World: 10–20 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination
  • Product type
  • Order size

Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number (when available).

You can use this tracking number to follow your package throughout its journey.


Multiple Packages

Some orders may be shipped in separate packages.

This may happen if:

  • Your order contains different product types
  • Products are fulfilled from different facilities
  • One item is temporarily delayed

You will receive tracking information for each shipment.


Delayed Deliveries

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • High shipping volumes
  • Weather conditions
  • Customs inspections
  • Carrier delays
  • Public holidays

Unfortunately, these circumstances are beyond our control.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.

If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.


Lost Packages

If your tracking information has not been updated for an extended period or your package appears to be lost, please contact us.

We will work with our fulfillment partner and the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and find the best possible solution.


Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged product
  • Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate.
