Return & Refund Policy

At Voodoo Squad, every item is made especially for you once your order is placed. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, changing your mind, or accidental purchases.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your package.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the problem

Once the issue has been reviewed, we will gladly arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.

Lost Packages

If your package is lost during shipping, please contact us. We will work with our fulfillment partner to investigate the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Size & Color

Please check our size guides carefully before placing your order. As all products are made to order, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect size selection.

Please note that colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.

Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before production begins. Once an order has entered production, it can no longer be modified or cancelled.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account.
